Spread Your Wings
The old adage goes that knowledge is not the same as wisdom. Knowledge, gained through the studying of new information, consists of a rich storage of information. Wisdom, on the other hand, has to do more with insight, understanding and accepting of the fundamental ‘nature’ of things in life.
Therefore, we offer to gain both. With a whole new environment of working and living you can strengthen your character and gain qualities you’ve never seen before. To be able to go beyond being scared and taking the leap into life is an experience that can’t be learned by only viewing. It must be acted out; you must seize the opportunity.
We’ve divided them in three possible routes:
The Erasmus You never know if you don’t try A student does their internship for three months at one of our healthcare locations. They are responsible for their own in terms of housing and transportation to the Netherlands. However, we will assist them by any means possible.
The 5th year Specialization The experience of a lifetime
A graduate comes to the Netherlands to further specialize in the mental healthcare sector. We are able to provide housing and a work contract for a year. All costs will be covered by the work contract; however, we want to provide transportation and language & integration lessons until the required level is met and the person feels comfortable.
The Migrating Professional
We’ve got you covered.
An experienced worker fully migrates to the Netherlands for an extended period above one year.
If someone is willing, we shall provide housing, language and integration lessons for the whole time being. A full-time employee will have the possibility to get housing from us, but is free to decide if he or she wants to live elsewhere near work
With over 20 partners in the Netherlands, we can provide a wide range of specialization and experience in the work field. Being in the northeastern region in the Netherlands means we offer a calmer and more stable environment for you to settle in. However, the Netherlands doesn’t have that much square kilometers, so you’ll always be close to where you want to go.
How does it work?
Once we’ve agreed on your option, we’ll assist you along the way in the migrating process.
That means getting used to the country and the way it works. You’ll learn the language by interaction with locals, will get to know about our culture and delicacies.
That means eating stroopwafels in the Amsterdam gardens, riding a bicycle along our dykes and seeing the paintings from Van Gogh.
If you want to come with your own car, that's great! However, if the drive seems a bit far, we can talk about various options to solve that. Furthermore, you’ll have the option of staying close to where your friends and colleagues are, so you’ll feel more comfortable from the start. It is possible to talk about where and with whom you’ll be staying for the period you’ll be working with us. Just ask : )
